Embattled Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore dismissed as “completely false” allegations that he engaged in sexual misconduct with minors, but he repeatedly offered evasive answers on whether he dated teenage women when he was in his 30s.
Moore, when asked by host Bill Britt about the allegations, explained: 'I had no encounter with them. But it's not true.'He added: 'I said I did not know any of them women who have charged me with sexual allegation of molestation and I did not know any of the women.
'When I saw these pictures on the advertisements of my opponent, I did not recognize any of those women.
“This is a completely manufactured story,” Mr Moore said during the radio interview, calling it a “politically motivated” smear that he alternately attributed to Democrats and “establishment Republicans”.

He would only pay the girls if they agree to perform extra services that would include activities of a sexual nature.
While President Donald Trump is backing Moore, many other national Republicans, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mc Connell, have distanced themselves from Moore after several women made accusations he pursued them as teenagers.
Now, just a day before the big election, the former Alabama chief justice told The Voice of Alabama Politics he 'never molested anyone'.
But when he was asked about the larger allegations that he pursued relationships with teenagers while in his 30s, Mr Moore was less precise.
